I’ve created lots of digital and print content for Richard Hammond of Green Traveller over the years, so was thrilled to join him in conceiving this book of the same title. My vision for the design was to keep it authentic, clean and inspiring, mirroring Richard’s written assertion that sustainable travel can be even more immersive and adventurous than an exotic holiday. I approached photographer James Bowden and illustrator Naomi Wilkinson for the title, their work combining with playful type and a fresh colour palette to create the a light and accessible adventure manual.
